We specialize in providing a wide range of semiconductor devices for power-speed fuses-SSR. With our experience in the heat dissipation of the power semiconductors, we provide advice for choosing the most appropriate type of heatsink and the sizing. We offer our customers customized solutions, even in small series, for the rectification of the network, the control of energy and temperature control.

Rectifier with silicon diodes

Bridges Rectifier Silicon (Converters) are built in the main electrical configurations: Single Phase Bridge B, DB-phase bridge, Ponte 2DB Bi-phase, three-phase half controlled bridge DB6HK, antiparallel Mono and three phase W1AC–W3AC using diode–Scr–LGBT in screw, Disco, to form. These Power Semiconductors are assembled on different types of heat sinks and are divided according to the type of cooling: natural air and forced air. Each bridge rectifier is chosen to give the maximum current with the mechanical structures it easier, thus obtaining the best solution electrical and thermal dissipation.
